  • Product Overview：Integrated Case Sealing System Combining Top-Flap Folder + Corner Sealer + Dual-Side Driven Sealer This complete sealing line integrates three core units: Top-Flap Folding & Bottom Sealer Corner Edge Sealer Dual-Side Driven Sealing Station Key Features: Automatic Top Flap Folding: The machine automatically folds the top flaps of the Case before sealing—ensuring consistent box formation. Dual-Motor Belt Drive with Auto-Centering: Left and right motor-driven conveyor belts automatically align and transport Cases, delivering fast, smooth, and stable motion during sealing. Simultaneous Top & Bottom “I”-Style Sealing: Applies strong, straight tape seals to both the top and bottom center seams in one pass. Center Seam Reinforcement: Equipped with dual side assist rollers that press the Case’s central seam firmly during taping—preventing splitting or misalignment for a clean, secure seal. L-Shaped Transfer for Full Perimeter Sealing: After initial sealing, Cases are gently pushed via an L-shaped transfer mechanism into the corner-sealing station, where all four vertical edges and the top/bottom center lines are sealed—achieving a fully reinforced closure. Simple Manual Size Adjustment: When changing Case sizes, operators can easily adjust: Worktable height Case width Case height All adjustments are straightforward and tool-free, ensuring quick setup and reliable performance. Mobility & Stability: Fitted with four heavy-duty locking casters, allowing effortless relocation while maintaining operational stability. Robust & Durable Construction: Built with high-rigidity steel frame and industrial-grade components—designed for long service life and minimal maintenance in demanding production environments.
