  • Product Overview：The Speed Cross-Seal Case Sealer combines a top-flap folding unit and a dual-side motor-driven conveyor into a single, streamlined machine. It delivers fully automated “H-pattern” (cross) sealing—first applying a straight seal on the top and bottom flaps, then rotating the carton 90° for a perpendicular side seal—ensuring maximum box integrity and professional appearance. Key Features & Benefits: Fully Integrated Workflow Automatically folds the top flaps, then performs simultaneous top-and-bottom straight-line sealing ("I"-seal). An L-shaped corner transfer mechanism smoothly reorients the carton for the second sealing pass, completing the cross ("+") seal without manual intervention. Precision Conveying & Alignment Dual independent motors drive side belts to auto-center and stabilize cartons during transport. Auxiliary guide wheels ensure the box seam remains tightly aligned during taping—preventing tape misalignment or seam splitting. Rapid Manual Size Changeover When switching between different carton sizes, operators can adjust width, height, and table height manually in just 1 minute—no tools required. Simple, intuitive mechanical adjustments make it ideal for mixed-SKU production environments. Safety & Mobility Built In Equipped with a blade guard to prevent accidental cuts during tape replacement or maintenance. Mounted on four heavy-duty locking casters for effortless relocation between workstations. Robust Construction, Long Service Life Sturdy frame and high-quality components ensure stable, vibration-free operation—even under continuous use.
