



1. Technical Training
For projects where Speed is responsible for commissioning, we provide one complimentary on-site training session, covering equipment operation and routine maintenance.
Additionally, Speed organizes biannual user training workshops (spring and autumn) led by our technical experts, focusing on system operation, daily maintenance, and basic troubleshooting.
Training is delivered through two formats: on-site training and centralized classroom training.
On-site training is conducted by the project’s technical lead at the customer’s facility prior to equipment handover. It covers installation procedures, system architecture, and operational/maintenance protocols.
Centralized training provides comprehensive instruction for management personnel, including system design standards, acceptance criteria, and long-term maintenance strategies.
2. Provision of Documentation
We provide, free of charge, complete product documentation—including user manuals, technical specifications, diagrams, and photos. These materials are delivered progressively during installation and finalized upon project acceptance, with copies archived for the client.
3. Service Response Time
We guarantee a response within 2 hours of receiving a service request. Support is provided via on-site visits or remote assistance, ensuring prompt resolution of all issues.
4. Quality Liability Commitment
Should any loss arise due to product quality defects, Speed assumes full responsibility and compensation in accordance with applicable laws and agreements.
5. Scheduled Post-Commissioning Inspections
Regular inspection plans after installation and commissioning are integrated into our standard after-sales service management. We proactively identify and resolve potential issues—ensuring no unresolved problems remain for the customer.
6. Service Charges During and After Warranty Period
During the warranty period, Speed provides free repair and maintenance for all faults and quality issues, excluding those caused by misuse, unauthorized modifications, or force majeure.
After the warranty expires, only reasonable charges for technician travel expenses and replacement parts will apply.
7. Spare Parts Pricing After Warranty
For spare parts required after the warranty period, Speed offers them at factory-direct pricing as a continued commitment to customer support.
