Yantai Zhongchong Pet Food Co., Ltd., founded in 1998, is a globally oriented enterprise group headquartered in the scenic coastal city of Yantai, China. With over 24 years of dedicated expertise in the pet food industry, Zhongchong is recognized as a pioneer and market leader in China’s pet food sector. The company currently operates 18 state-of-the-art, high-end pet food manufacturing facilities worldwide. Zhongchong has earned numerous international certifications, including ISO 9001 (Quality Management), ISO 22000 (Food Safety Management), HACCP, ISO 14001 (Environmental Management), BRC Global Standard for Food Safety, and third-party food safety audits conducted by SGS, the globally renowned certification body.

In this collaboration with our company, Zhongchong implemented a fully automated secondary packaging line for pet food—integrating case erecting, carton loading, case sealing, labeling, palletizing, and stretch wrapping. This end-to-end automation streamlines the entire process of packing, sealing, and palletizing pet food products, significantly reducing manual labor, lowering physical workload, and substantially boosting production efficiency.
