  • Product Overview：The robotic case erecting system utilizes a multi-axis industrial robot equipped with a vacuum gripper to pick flat blank cartons from a designated magazine based on real-time production data. The robot precisely places the blank into the forming station, where an integrated mechanical mechanism automatically folds the bottom front/rear flaps and side panels. Immediately afterward, a tape head applies reinforced bottom sealing (I-seal or H-seal), completing the case erection and bottom closure cycle—fully unmanned and ready for downstream loading.
