Smooth & Ergonomic Operation: Operators manually fold the top flaps, while the machine completes the taping process in one seamless motion—ensuring neat, secure seals with minimal effort. Patented Tape Applicator (No Blower Required): Unlike conventional sealers that rely on air blowers to keep tape upright, SPD’s innovative patented tape guide uses a precision pressing blade mechanism to hold the tape rigid and perfectly aligned—eliminating sagging, misalignment, or failed adhesion. Adjustable Upper Tape Head: The vertically adjustable upper tape assembly prevents cartons from jamming during operation, accommodating varying box heights without manual retooling. Dual-Side Belt Drive System: Driven by dual synchronous belts on both sides for stable, balanced carton conveyance. The main drive features precision-engineered bearing housings, delivering: Ultra-low operating noise High transmission accuracy Extended belt service life Seamless Integration: Designed to integrate effortlessly into automated packaging lines, working in sync with case erectors, fillers, and palletizers for end-to-end efficiency.
