  • Product Overview：This integrated system delivers complete “H”-style carton sealing in a single automated workflow—combining top-flap folding, top/bottom straight-line taping, and four vertical edge sealing for maximum box integrity. Automatic Top-Flap Folding: Carton top flaps are automatically folded prior to sealing, ensuring consistent box formation. Dual Motor-Driven Belts for Precision Alignment: Left and right servo-assisted conveyor belts automatically center and transport cartons with high stability—enabling fast, smooth, and vibration-free operation. Simultaneous Top & Bottom “I”-Style Sealing: Applies tape in a straight-line pattern to both the top and bottom seams. Side assist rollers press the carton’s central seam firmly during taping, preventing misalignment, gaps, or seam splitting. L-Shaped Transfer to Corner Sealer: After primary sealing, cartons are gently guided via an L-shaped pusher mechanism into the corner taping station, where all four vertical edges are sealed simultaneously for reinforced structural strength. Tool-Free Manual Size Adjustment: When changing carton sizes, operators can manually adjust the machine for new dimensions in under 1 minute. Fully adjustable parameters include: Worktable height Carton width guides Carton height stops Simple, intuitive, and highly practical for mixed-SKU production.
