The carton is then transferred via an L-shaped corner pusher into the cross-sealing station, where perpendicular tape is applied to form a reinforced “X-style” (cross) seal on the box top—ideal for e-commerce shipments requiring extra security. When carton dimensions change, manual adjustment is required but can be completed in just one minute, ensuring minimal downtime and high flexibility for varied e-commerce packaging demands.
