While the top flaps are manually folded (for flexibility or operator preference), the sealing process remains smooth, effortless, and visually clean—delivering consistently neat results while reducing operator fatigue. Fully compatible with automated packaging lines, it serves as a reliable link in end-of-line systems. Key Innovations: Patented Tape Applicator – No Blower Required Eliminates the need for noisy, energy-consuming blowers. Features a proprietary tape-holding blade mechanism that keeps the tape perfectly upright and taut, preventing sagging or misapplication—ensuring 100% adhesion every time. Adjustable Upper Sealing Head The vertically adjustable top sealing assembly prevents cartons from jamming against the tape head, accommodating varying box heights without manual retooling. Dual-Side Belt Drive System Powered by dual synchronized side belts for stable, centered carton transport. Equipped with precision-engineered bearing housings that ensure ultra-smooth operation, minimal noise, and significantly extended belt service life.
