How do you thread the tape through the tape head (tape applicator) of a case sealer?
How to Load Tape into a Case Sealer: Threading the Tape on a Single-Arm Tape Head
1. Place the tape roll onto the tape holder and push it down firmly until it clicks into the lowest position.
2. Pull out a length of tape with the adhesive side facing outward.
3. Guide the tape around the black idler roller.
4. Pass the tape through the one-way (ratchet) wheel.
5. Continue threading it through the front embossing roller.
6. Feed the tape through the tape guide clip and wrap it around the black pressure roller.
7. Finally, pull the tape forward to the rear roller, then lift it upward—the built-in cutter on the tape head will automatically trim the leading end of the tape.
At this point, the tape has been successfully threaded through the case sealer tape head.
