The system is controlled by a PLC with an optimized, intuitive touchscreen HMI, designed for simplicity and ease of use—even for first-time operators. 2. Intelligent Product Detection & Adjustable Label Placement An integrated sensor detects incoming products, and the PLC processes the signal in real time. The labeling position (forward/backward along the product) can be precisely adjusted via user-defined parameters on the HMI—eliminating mechanical repositioning and enabling rapid changeovers. 3. Clear Operational Status & Simplified Parameter Setup Real-time machine status is displayed via a dynamic progress bar on the touchscreen, providing instant visual feedback. All parameter settings are organized in a streamlined, user-friendly interface, minimizing training time and reducing setup errors.
