Product Overview：Sheet-Style Carton Wrapping & Case Packing Machine The machine is equipped with an imported PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) and an HMI (Human-Machine Interface) touchscreen, enabling integrated electro-pneumatic-mechanical control. It offers a selectable manual or automatic operating mode for flexible production needs. The entire unit is precision-engineered with a simple yet robust structure. All internal components are fabricated from high-quality materials, ensuring durability, reliability, and an aesthetically pleasing appearance. A dedicated motor-driven cam mechanism is used for vacuum pickup of carton blanks, guaranteeing smooth, consistent sheet feeding—eliminating issues such as missed picks, double feeds, or jamming. An integrated blank detection sensor automatically halts the box-picking operation if no carton blank is present, preventing dry runs and potential damage. During operation, the system continuously monitors for material shortages or abnormal conditions. In the event of any fault, the machine triggers an audible/visual alarm and stops automatically to ensure safety and prevent downtime escalation. For the case packing process, a premium-brand servo motor is employed, delivering stable, precise, and highly reliable loading performance.
