Fully Automated Film Handling: Stretch wrapping unit: Automatically feeds, cuts, and applies stretch film. Top-sheet unit: Automatically pulls, cuts, and applies top-cover film. Powered Pre-Stretch Film Carriage with up to 250% pre-stretch ratio, significantly reducing film consumption while enhancing load stability. Intelligent Photoelectric Sensors detect pallet dimensions and automatically execute the complete wrapping and top-sheet sequence. User-Programmable Parameters via HMI/PLC: Number of wrap layers Top/bottom reinforcement wrap cycles Overhead traverse (top-sheet) dwell time Film tension control for optimal load containment Automatic Arm Return-to-Home after each cycle for consistent positioning. High-Sensitivity Emergency Braking System ensures immediate stop on fault or intrusion.
