What are the safety guidelines for using an automatic strapping machine?
1. Please confirm the power supply used by the strapping machine; do not plug it into the wrong power source. This machine uses a three-phase four-wire system, where the striped wire serves as the grounding neutral wire for leakage protection.
2. Do not pass your head or hands through the strap conveyor path while operating.
3. Do not touch the heating element directly with your hands.
4. Do not wash the strapping machine with water. If the workplace is damp, operators should not work barefoot.
5. Do not arbitrarily replace or add/remove parts on the machine.
6. When the strapping machine is not in use, please rewind the strap from the storage chamber back onto the strap reel to prevent deformation for the next use.
7. Keep the surface of the conveyor rollers free from oil.
8. Unplug the power cord when the strapping machine is not in use.
9. Frequently lubricate the components listed in the manual with oil.
