What causes the strapping seal (or joint) to fail on an automatic Strapping Machine?

After the leading edge splits, it will not run smoothly within the strap path, easily causing the feeding to be not in position. The cause of the splitting is that the tension force is set too high. Therefore, simply adjusting the tension force appropriately will eliminate the feeding not in position issue.Tension Adjustment: Under normal circumstances, the tension adjustment knob is locked and cannot rotate. When adjusting the tension, first push the knob down firmly to the bottom. At this point, the knob can be rotated freely. Turning the knob clockwise decreases the tension force, while turning it counterclockwise increases it.
