Fanuc has introduced the warehouse logistics robot: LR-10iA/10, designed for machine management and various picking applications in warehousing and logistics markets. The LR-10 i A/10 robot weighs only 46 kg and can be mounted inverted or tilted on the floor. It's also easy to mount the robot onto AGVs or other mobile platforms to accommodate various repetitive tasks or automate idle machines.
The LR-10 i A/10 has a payload capacity of 10 kg with a large working range reaching 1101 mm. Its compact size makes it an ideal solution for enterprises with limited floor space, and its slender robotic arm is suitable for machine tool loading and unloading parts. Additionally, the fully enclosed structure features built-in pneumatic circuits, solenoid valves, and electrical facilities for easy integration, with IP67 rating enabling operation in industrial environments with dust, water, and oil mist. It helps manufacturers and distribution centers overcome obstacles related to labor shortages while improving throughput and reducing operational costs.

The LR-10 i A is powered by the FANUC R-30 i B Mate Plus controller, providing the same intelligence and reliability as all FANUC robots, including integrated i RVision ®, force sensing, and Zero Downtime (ZDT). ZDT not only reduces unexpected downtime but also helps users maximize production throughput, optimize maintenance costs, extend robot lifespan, and access data from anywhere through the ZDT portal.
Main features and benefits of the new FANUC LR-10 i A/10 industrial robot:
Smooth, clean surface with internal valves, built-in user pneumatic circuits, solenoid valves, and I/O signals.
Thin, lightweight, and compact with quick and easy installation—even on AGVs.
Robust wrist with high payload, torque, and inertia.
10 kg payload across full working range; can handle 13 kg restricted envelope.
Standard IP67-rated fully enclosed design.
Designed specifically for machine loading/unloading and part picking.
